By accessing this website, creating an account, or purchasing any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of our platform immediately.

02 Definitions

To ensure clarity throughout this document, the following terms are defined:

• "Platform" refers to the WebKar website and its internal systems.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing the website.
• "Services" encompasses all technical offerings, including but not limited to Installation, Reskinning, Customization, and Portfolio development.
• "Digital Products" refers to any scripts, source code, or templates sold via our store.
• "Handoff" refers to the final delivery of service credentials or original code to the client.

03 User Accounts & Security

To access certain features or purchase services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity performed under your account is considered your responsibility. WebKar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate security protocols.

04 Scope of Services

WebKar provides specialized technical services for Web, Android, and iOS platforms. Our services are categorized into:

• Core Setup: Basic deployment on your server/hosting environment.
• Extended Support: Dedicated maintenance for specific durations (e.g., 3 months, 6 months).
• Combo Deals: Multi-platform setup encompassing Web, Android, and iOS.

We emphasize that we are a service-based agency; the availability of third-party APIs or external server uptime is beyond our direct control.

05 Installation & Setup Terms

Installation services are subject to the provision of correct server/hosting credentials by the client. We complete most installations within 2 to 6 hours of receiving verified access.

WebKar is not responsible for installation failures caused by incompatible hosting environments (e.g., lack of required PHP extensions or limited server permissions). It is the client's responsibility to ensure their infrastructure meets the script's requirements.

06 Customization & Reskinning

Our customization services include UI/UX rebranding, module development, and package name changes. For reskinning projects, clients must provide the App Logo, Advertisement IDs, and Firebase credentials.

Any customization request outside the original agreed-upon scope will be treated as a separate project and billed accordingly. We provide original code and keys back to the client only after full payment and final walk-through.

07 Payment Terms & Billing

WebKar supports multiple currencies, including USD ($) and INR (₹). We use secure payment gateways to process transactions. All service prices listed on the platform are subject to change without prior notice.

Payments for services (Installation, Customization) are non-refundable once technical work has commenced. For digital product purchases, refunds are handled strictly according to our separate Refund Policy.

08 Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property, including code samples, designs, and platform architecture on WebKar, is owned by WebKar. Users are granted a limited license to use purchased products/services for their specific business needs.

Redistribution, reselling, or unauthorized sharing of source code purchased through WebKar is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action and immediate account termination.

09 User Responsibilities

As a client of WebKar, you agree to:

• Provide timely feedback and required credentials during project execution.
• Respect the technical limitations of the software being installed.
• Maintain your own backups of your server and data before the commencement of our work.
• Ensure that your use of our services complies with all local and international laws.

10 Prohibited Activities

You may not use our platform or services to:

• Engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our proprietary platform.
• Spam our support systems or harass our team members.
• Circumvent or attempt to disable security features of the platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebKar and its management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising from the use of our services.

Our maximum liability for any claim related to a service purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.

12 Termination of Services

WebKar reserves the right to terminate your access to the platform or cease service provision if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, and you may lose access to your purchase history and support tickets.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi/Mumbai, India.
